Sienna's One Year Check-up...

Today, Kris took Sienna to her 12 month check-up:

she weighs 16 lbs and 9 ozs
she is 29.5 inches long
her head is 17.5 inches round

so this means she is a long skinny sprout, with a growing head and body but not putting much weight on despite the fact that she does eat. She also got 4 shots but is doing ok right now. in fact, right now she is eating an apple that she found in her diaper bag. I put one in there in case I got hungry at the drs office and I haven't had a chance to put the diaper bag away since we just walked in the door. before I knew it, she had found the apple and had taken a bite out of it and kept going. anyway, have a good day!

New Pictures

Well, as you've probably noticed, I haven't posted any new pics lately, because Blogger sucks. I'm going to be looking into a new blog system, but I'll have to play with it a little before it is up and running. SORRY!!! I can't wait to get new pics up, and we have plenty to share! I'll get back to you soon...

As you can see, new photos have been posted and - as long as there are no more Blogger glitches - I will continue to post more pictures on a daily basis, as long as I have new ones to post. Gettin' ready for a ride! 

After Sienna's first trip to the river, we all headed out for a lap around the apartment complex. Beautiful blue skies!!!

So Dad took me on my first walk this last Tuesday! Ok...so Dad did the walking...I just went along for the ride.
















We hung out by the river and by the lake. I pretty much slept through it all, though, so Dad had to tell me all about it after I woke up again.
I thought, "that's weird...I don't remember much about that trip - except for the sun shining in my face every time Dad pulled the covers back to take a picture of me."

Ahhh...I haven't napped in minutes! Let's see if I can't get some well-deserved shut-eye!
Wow! Nappin' really tightens those ligaments! Nothing a little stretch can't cure!
